Stomach bug

What do you take when you have a stomach bug. I threw up around 2am woke up feeling exhausted and feeling hungover type. Then I barley ate anything today because I had no appetite and just snacked on a banana some crackers and toast. Went for a ride to my grandmas house very fast and started getting car sick. My boyfriend was even sick at work and was throwing up a lot he said that he had to come home early. We both have a small fever (not an actual fever) and some body aches.. we already have a 3 year old who wants allot of attention. How do you do it with a toddler? I’ve never had a stomach bug!
