So, I've been with a guy for a while now and I noticed that he lets everything slide while I'm the one that will be more aggressive towards certain things and stand up. When I ask him why he is so "cool" about everything, he tells me that he does not want to cause any trouble. Example: He spent days, nights ans hours writing a book and got a coworker to proof read it. Upon completing the book, he writes his and his coworker's name on the cover stating they wrote the book. I asked him the reason for doing that, he said he didn't want to have any issues with the person. I told him that he wrote the book and not the person so just acknowledge her and let her be. Now, both him and her equally benefit from the sale of that book. With this attitude, I strongly believe that I'm gonna have to defend myself and him because he let's everything slide to prevent an "argument". He hates saying "no" and wants yo make people happy all the times. I'm even thinking that he will not even be able to be thw man that protects his woman because of how easy going he is. Any suggestions on how to get around thus situation?
