possible miscarriage? pls help😭

i’m currently 18 weeks and i bleed for one week monthly. normally it’s just clots but i passed quite a big tissue (it’s about an inch?) is this normal..? i’ve been having about intense cramping 3 days following the tissue… i am covid+ so i can’t go for a scan any time soon.. please help 😭
