Overeating issues
I’m at my biggest right now weighing 16st 10 I’ve gained 7lbs in the past few months and I’m really struggling with overeating like I’ll be sitting there during the day and I just snack I feel like I’m constantly hungry all day. I don’t really like fruit or the typical healthy foods people tend to snack on so that’s quite difficult. Does anyone had any advice because I really need to lose this weight as I have 2 children to run around after and school runs. Please any advice for me would be much appreciated. Are there any other ways I can make myself feel full up without just eating loads like herbal teas or anything? Gentle exercises that work at home would be great too!
