32w4d, had nausea/vomiting for 3days before 3/9; 3/9 came around and i have had the photo diarrhea since (continuous through 3/12 and not improving) went to hospital they told me 48hr stomach bug and sent me home but its been 7 days.. what do i do?

All you can do is keep yourself hydrated. You can call your OB back, but while they make it, you don’t typically want to take something like Imodium to stop the diarrhea because the best thing is to get it out. are you eating and drinking rather normally and you’ve stopped throwing up? I’d try to at least drink a lot of pedialyte or full sugar Gatorade/Powerade (not the sugar free) to stay hydrated and replace electrolytes lost with loose stools. Hydration is more important than food intake at this point thought I’d still try to snack on crackers or toast. If still going on Monday, call your OB for further instructions.
If you can’t stay hydrated like you’re feeling so dizzy/weak you can’t walk, etc then you might need IV hydration and I’d go to ER if you absolutely had to due to the weekend and your OB probably being closed.

Sips on things like diaoralyte and electrolyte drinks like lucozade sport. Its common for stomach bugs to last this long. I've just gotten over a stomach bug myself I'm almost 28 weeks and my doctor told me to forget about food and just constantly try sips of lucozade or powerade and diaoralyte because I was showing as very dehydrated in the small amount of urine i managed to provide them, they also gave me sickness tablets to stop the vomiting in order to keep fluids down. If you're finding you still can't keep fluids down get a medical professional to check you over for dehydration as you may need IV fluids
