Down 11lbs!

In the last 6 weeks I have pushed myself to lose the weight I hate so much. I love myself but my body does not reflect that. I am down 11lbs by simply adding walks and small workouts and most importantly, tracking my calories! Tomorrow is my next weigh in and I’ve been slacking this past month as I got covid mid February but I am continuing to lose the weight even if it’s slowing down. I am incredibly happy with what I’ve done so far and I’m hoping to lose all the weight this year! 🙏🏻❤️ hope to those who also wish to lose their weight!
