I need advice about how to proceed

Long story short, my boyfriend and I are together but I didn’t realize when we were first getting into each other that he will be turning 18 in a few days, March 18th. I am currently 16, to turn 17 at the end of May. How do I keep the relationship going, or should I keep it going? I just need some advice about how to make this work. The place where I live doesn’t have Romeo and Juliet law, I don’t know if it makes a difference. Also my mom doesn’t know about him yet. He was having a rough time right after we met, and the minute my parents find out about him they will want to meet him. Nether of us are ready for that step right now. Should I tell them or wait?
