I was diagnosed a couple of years ago. I have tried all sorts of meds and they made me crazier. I also have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and I have really bad periods( they can't figure out why they are so painful to the point of I can't move). I usually get migraines, depression, anxiety, appetite fluctuations, and super sore breast. I started taking these supplements with my prenatal, vitamin D (I'm deficient), and probiotic. I have seen a really big change. My boobs aren't as sore, and I don't feel as crazy. I hope this helps someone.

I was on the pill for 2 years to cope with my PMDD, but I didn’t like how that made me feel. I recently started taking Prozac, but this also doesn’t make me feel great. I am going to give it more time but it’s again is really fucking with my life. I love my job and I have a wonderful partner but during the luteal phase I feel like quitting and want to leave my girlfriend. It’s hard for her to cope, because the mood swings are so drastic. She loves me but I know she struggles to cope with how dramatic the changes are. Does anybody have natural supplement recommendations?
