Positive ovulation test 12 DPO

I’m trying to hold of taking a pregnancy test until day my period is due as I find it so emotional seeing all the negatives but today for some reason really wanted to test so to save doing a pregnancy test I thought I’d take an ovulation test as I’ve heard people saying they get positives when pregnant (not sure how accurate that is though)

Took the ovulation test strip & it’s as positive as when I was in my fertile window…

I do have PCOS so wondering if this could be a late ovulation or just something common with PCOS or if this could mean I am pregnant!!??
