Anyone else?

My son is 5 and since he was little he always called me “mom”. When he was a baby learning to talk he said “momma”. But it’s consistently been “mom” not mommy, momma, ma, just mom.

It’s something I got so used to.

Anyways. The other night he had an ear infection that was just awful. He was crying, didn’t want to move. I felt so so helpless.

I was getting his meds ready when he just starts crying “Momma, Momma” in pain.. omg guys tears started rolling down my eyes. My husband thinks I’m such a baby but I HATE when my son gets sick. I get so emotional because I want him to feel better and I just want to cuddle him all day.

Am I sensitive or are we all like this to some extent 😭
