KT tape versus belly band

Hello looking for personal experience/ stories on if you have used KT tape or a belly band and which you thought worked better for you. I am pregnant with my 3rd just now entering the 3rd trimester and baby is already dropped so low doctor recommended a belly bad but I hate the way belly bands feel on my back and sides. I have KT tape in my Amazon cart but wasn’t sure if other expecting mamas have used the tape instead!
