Hello I had a abdominal hysterectomy on January 31st. Everything gone but my ovaries. Sad because I never had children. Happy because I can look forward to having no cramps or heavy periods. No more gigantic fibroids. I have had to abdominal myomectomies and 4 laparoscopic ones to remove fibroids. I am 6wpo and I feel good. No complaints. No complications. I am on the road to recovery.

At first the pain is serious especially the gas pain. But I made myself walk in the hospital and when I got home. Make sure you have a heating pad, gasx, grabber from Amazon to pick things up, a body pillow, stretchy pants, and a must is an abdominal binder to wear as much as you can.
