Infant car seat or convertable?

I have a 15 month old son and am pregnant with baby #2. I’m making a baby registry and wondering about the following things?
Infant car seat or convertable for new baby?
Double stroller or one stroller and carry newborn?
If double stroller, side by side or stackable?
If you could explain why i would appreciate that but its definitely not necessary💕

Do you still have your oldest’s infant seat? If so, use that again and ask for another convertible. 
I did wind up using a double stroller and mine are exactly two years apart. I got the front and back rather than side by side because it fit through doorways better.

If you are buyng double stepoller and it fits, take the side by side one. That has for sure longer usage time, the stacking one has much lower weight limits, so you light need ett longer, but you can not use it anymore, and might be uncomfortable with older kids.
