First Period after an Ectopic Pregnancy

I recently had to terminate my pregnancy due to an ectopic pregnancy. Baby was around 7-8 weeks and stuck in my Left Fallopian Tube. I started to show symptoms like pelvic pain on the left side, fatigue, major bloating and cramps. Came to the point where I couldn’t even bend over without pain. Good thing my Fallopian tube didn’t burst and caught it in time. Yesterday I started my first period since December. I can’t remember having this much cramping and so much clots. Anyone else went through the same thing or is it just me?
