+1 Protein in Urine

So I just had my 32 week doctor check up and did a urinalysis. My results came back as +1 protein in urine. I am waiting to hear back from my doctor on this result but wondering what this could possibly mean for me? I know that protein in urine can be a sign of preeclampsia. Has anyone else ever had +1 protein in their urine and it be fine? I know I just need to talk to my doctor but they always take forever to call me on my results so thought I would ask on here while I wait. My blood pressure was 132/84.
