What’s the best birth control I just had my daughter and my postpartum appointment is coming up and I want to get put on birth control I never have been on it before. I’m worried about all the mood swings and how effects you mentally and physically. I don’t want to get a iud. And I do plan on continuing to breastfeed my daughter til she’s 6 months atleast. Please help what’s the best?
