30 weeks with Preeclampsia??

I noticed my blood pressure had risen quite suddenly at home. At my last OB appointment (2 weeks ago) it was 120/81 and now it’s been averaging in the 135/85-142/90 range..

Dr took blood work and sent me home to do 24 hour urine collection to check for proteins.

I don’t really feel as if I have many symptoms of Preeclampsia besides moderate swelling in my ankles/lower legs and a bit in my fingers, some shortness of breathe, and fatigue. But a lot of that can be just regular pregnancy symptoms..

Has any mommas out there been diagnosed preeclamptic with similar symptoms? I’m just really concerned because I’m on 30w 3d and fear having to go on bed rest and deliver prematurely 🥺💔☹️

Won’t know my test results for a few days still.
