I'm on my second nuvaring. I'm day 21 today so when I should be taking it out, last month I left it in for the full 28 days instead to skip my period. For the past 5 days I've been having some bleeding, started really light just some spotting and I figured it was just normal spotting or irritation causing spotting but it has steadily gotten heavier over each day. Today was so heavy I had soaked through my pants and it ran down my legs and when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was a quite large piece of tissue, I thought it was just a big blood clot at first but after I felt it I realized it was like skin/tissue. My nuvaring is still inserted which is why I am finding it odd that I'm already bleeding and passing such big clots and pieces of tissue. Anyone know why this could be happening??
