Custody papers/mediation/his gf harassing me

So my sons father filed for joint custody and we’ve done mediation. We received mediation papers for a recommendation parenting plan for the judge to sign and in the court documents it says we aren’t allowed to disclose/discuss or show people. However my sons father and I was on the phone talking about arrangements and the mediation papers and how there are errors we both don’t agree too and I can hear his girlfriend in the background say “noo that’s not what it says” or something in relation to that. Can I bring that up in our court hearing to the judge? She interferes when him and I try to coparent regarding our son and make comments. Prior to this He’s also given her family members my phone number harassing me such as telling me they were going to take me to court etc. when his brother served me the paperwork in front of my door step she was also next to him recording my house and the conversation of me being served while my kids were there.(my other kids that are not related to my sons father) And I told her we do not consent of her recording especially since it was of our home and inside of our house. Can I bring that up in the hearing or will I have to file a restraining order for harassment? Pls help idk how to go about this. Located in California
