Turning a transverse baby
Anyone got any suggestions for turning a baby head down? I've got the birthing ball, I'm trying to lie on my side in bed and do certain yoga poses.
Mine has been head down for about 2 months but decided to flip sideways at the last minute 🤦♀️.
I'll be having an ECV next week if baby hasn't turned by then. If that doesn't work it'll be a scheduled csection.
