Mysterious cycle

I have PCOS and I never cycle on my own without medical assistance, but I had been having weird symptoms (my last post gives more details). Well, after blood tests and TV ultrasound, it looks like my body had a cycle on its own. My mind is blown. My fertility clinic even confirmed I ovulated on my own, which literally does not happen. Now I’m having my first natural period since about 2015.
