Will drinking wine hurt my baby ?

I just need 1 to three glasses. One now and two more before the baby is due 🥺 I just need to know is it harmful or have other moms drink while pregnant? I’m so stressed & put the smoking down so I think if I jus sip I’ll be ok. I have 3 months left. I don’t wna be selfish .

Maybe focus on creating some healthy coping skills.  Alcohol and smoking are never one of them. Speak to your ob...never know if you may later have ppd and how youd try to cope with that.

I’m sorry but any amount of alcohol while pregnant is bad for your baby and not worth the risk. To willingly do so is incredibly selfish.

Try make a mixture of fruit juices & soda water or ginger ale and have alcohol free cocktails instead 😋

There’s a non-alcohol wine I saw advertised for pregnant women and all the reviews said it tasted like normal— you may Google that and try it instead.

Nope not safe. There are a lot of other ways to deal with stress besides drinking. Look up other ways to cope with stress. Yoga, meditation, warm baths, reading, therapy etc.

I think I would ask myself why you NEED it. Then consider some other forms of stress relief like going for a walk or finding a therapist you love. 13 years sober here ❤️
