I’m using ovulation strips as a form of birth control, we ALWAYS use condoms but I’m just doing this to be extra careful. Has anyone else done this? Wanna know experiences and also I think I understand the strips but can anyone give me a little advice about them?

(I’m struggling with choosing the right birth control for me because I had a bad experience with iud (also got pregnant on it) and I have blood issues so I’m just taking a little longer than I had hoped to choose the best one for my body)
