What would you all say or do

So my bf literally is always touching me and doesn’t ever stop. Like I had a hysterectomy so I don’t get like a period but I still get the hormones and I still have symptoms like being on a period every month and the biggest one is extremely sore boobs. Like they hurt so badly and he never stops and I’ll tell him to stop and he doesn’t! It’s getting to me really bad bc even just walking and they jiggle and that hurts I don’t want him constantly touching them when I say not too and he still does. I’m so fed up with this. I said what if your balls hurt really bad and I kept messing with them like you’d be freaking pissed and he just shrugged it off. Csuse he knows it’s true. It’s my body and idc when you wanna touch but like if I’m saying no and to stop please respect that and he just doesn’t no matter how many times I say it. Idk what more to say to him anymore I’m just over it.
