Don’t settle

Sometimes in this society we are raised thinking that certain things are normal from mens behavior, however being in my long term relationship has taught me differently. I met my boyfriend when I was 15 and he was 14. We’re now almost 19 and 20. The other day he was picking me up from college. I had a really stressful week, and wasn’t feeling the greatest, plus I was on my period. I entered the car to see a whole goodie basket he had put together for me filled with my favorite snacks. He’s an amazing guy, and an amazing partner who never forgets to constantly remind me how beautiful he thinks I am❤️. He does little things like this all the time, and I feel like we all need to remember to look for gems like this. Never settle when you deserve better! If you find yourself putting an extreme amount of effort into a relationship but getting nothing back, start a conversation about it!
