Need your input

I’m a 21 year old college student. Almost a year ago I got out of an abusive relationship with a narcissist. Since then I’ve been having fun and enjoying life. I’ve been hooking up with guys and going out dates but I do not want another relationship for a long time. Do you think it’s bad to have sex with a lot of different guys? Sometimes I worry about my body count. I listened to this podcast about self love and she was saying how it’s ok to enjoy sex but you should also value your body and time.
