Possible Miscarriage

Was having some brown spotting for a few days and then woke up Friday it was red. Still just spotting barely when I wiped. Went to MD to get checked and was measuring 5 weeks 5 days. They were able to see the gestational sac, yok sack, and fetal pole but no heart beat. The doctor said it may just be too early. They did see a little bleeding in the uterus but he said that also may be nothing, wrote subchorionic hemorrhage in his note, and to try and remain “cautiously optimistic”. Going back in 5 days for a repeat ultrasound as long as nothing changes before that. Has anyone had anything like this and they went back and found a heartbeat and baby was fine? I’m having a hard time staying positive. Picture of ultrasound below.
