Has anyone experienced cramping in the first trimester? Like they’ll come and go but they feel extremely painful? Did the cramps be your symptom to take a test?

Before I found out I'm pregnant I had bad period cramps, 100% sure period is coming, always running to bathroom to see if there is blood. Actually I can remember one day at around 8 dpo that I couldn't really walk because of pain

I get cramps before my period comes so it doesn't really mean a pregnancy symptom for me. In fact, if I dont get any cramps then I will take a test. Came back positive for me
