Twins? Or… Idk

So, here’s my pregnancy journey so far. Found out I was pregnant at 6w4d based on LMP but TVS suggests I am still 5w1d however did not find anything on the first one except for a gestational sac and that’s it. Was advised to do another TVS 2 weeks later, and now they found 2 gestational sac 1 having weak heartbeat, the other one still doesnt have cardiac activity. Advised again to come back for a follow up ultrasound 2 weeks later. Its exhausting to not find out whats the real deal about this first pregnancy. I have all known symptoms there is. Mood swings, headache, super sore breasts, gagging and nausea. I am freaking out. Help!😭
