Not if you are taking prenatals and not everyday. There is such thing as too many synthetic vitamins when you are pregnant. It can cause vitamin toxicity. Vitamin A in excess for example can cause birth defects. The body armor drink has 200% daily value of certain vitamins. You’re getting 100% in a prenatal so then you get three times what you really need, not to mention you’re getting some in foods as well. You’d be better off with a straight electrolyte powder to put in your water if you’re looking for something with some flavor and electrolytes - which in and of itself could be beneficial for hydration :)￼

My doctors told me it was okay to have whenever I wanted and however much. So I drank it 24/7 my first pregnancy (last year) and now I am again with this pregnancy because I’m not drinking enough water. It’s high in sugar but other than that it’s fine.
