Desperately clinging onto hope

I’m 6+3 and I started spotting on Friday with brown discharge. This turned to bright red on Saturday and has been running out when I go to the toilet along with some clots (sorry for tmi) I’ve also experienced cramps that tend to ease with a hot water bottle.

Today I went to my doctor expecting her to tell me the worst, but she could see the sac, yolk sac & foetal pole. Which is a development from my scan 6 days ago (I had to rule out an ectopic). Now I just have to wait to see what happens and go back in a week to look for a heartbeat or a loss.

Has anyone had a significant amount of bleeding & pain but everything turn out fine?
