Green discharge after getting back with ex

My bf and I had sex two weeks ago after not being together for a few months. I haven’t had any itching or irritation. I just start taking evening primrose oil to help with one as well as vitamins. Today when I wiped this morning I noticed I had two small clumpy green discharge. I just ended my period a few days ago. And I’ve been very stressed lately. I really hope this isn’t a STI. I have a lab test for infection that I’m getting ready to go to. My ex said he didn’t sleep with anyone when I asked before we got back together but. Whatever moment of truth. The results should come back in 3-5 days.
