implantation bleeding ?

so yesterday i was spotting it was a light pink / brown and today i’ve had more blood but nothing like a normal period at all , not as bad cramping, barely any blood as a usual period & i already had a period march 3rd-&8th , any advice ?? the attached picture was 4 hours worth which isn’t very much blood as my usual would be & the other was 6 hours (the one with less) i had 2 positive test but the lines were faint & 2 negatives
