Ovulation/implementation bleeding?

Hey everyone, this is my first time trying to conceive and im totally lost. According to the app(which I know is not 100% accurate), my ovulation date was the 18th. Last week I was experiencing really sore and tender nipples when squeezed (srry if tmi). Today I noticed cramping and a tint of red on toilet paper and "splashes" in the toilet water. I'm so confused & lost!!! Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you.

If you track your cycle you won’t be confused. Probably ovulation as Ib is rare and this app makes it very common. Use opks to let you know when your about to ovulate and temp to confirm ovulation you will know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy
