Karma cola ok?

Hi everyone,
I am craving cola SO badly and won’t touch the normal stuff due to the caffeine and other crappy ingredients. I’ve found these ones called Karma Cola - Would you say the ingredients are ok for pregnancy?

Cola is cola. If you’re craving it, just let yourself have the real thing. It will not harm your baby especially if you’re just having a few. People drink cola their entire pregnancies and there is no indication or proof that it’s bad for baby. You can have 200 mg of caffeine a day and baby is fine

I drank a whole mexican coke glass bottle yesterday. I don’t do it regularly, but I understand the craving!

I wouldn’t worry about the caffeine because there’s not enough caffeine in cola to go over the limit of what’s considered safe. Either way you are probably better with this one just because there’s a heck of a lot of chemicals in sodas in general and even though there is no studies to prove that it’s bad for the baby, common sense  says why put chemicals in your body when you don’t have to
