Pregnancy after miscarriage

soooo. i went to my ob on 2/23 and my levels were at 121 & then went too the hospital on 2/26 and my hcg levels were at a 91 so they were definitely dropping and then I had a miscarriage on the 28th. Well a week ago I took a test just to see because I was feeling kinda weird so I took a test and it came back positive, so I did a blood test at my doctors office on 3/17 and it was at 2242 and then I took another one on 3/21 and it only went up too 2303. Should I be concerned?

I have had some bleeding but this is the week I’m supposed to be on my period so I’m not sure really what’s going on?

Has this ever happened too anyone ?
