Do you see a fian very faint line?

I feel like I’m pregnant but it doesn’t look like it is showing and I have had one pregnancy where I knew I was pregnant but no home test showed I was

This last week I had some bleeding but it was light enough I could have gotten away with wearing a panty liner and not a thick pad

Also starting two days after my period in February I started getting sore boobs and on/off nausea then this last week it got more intense and pregnancy symptoms have not gone away

Going to get a blood test tomorrow
