Belly seems smaller or did he drop that much in a few days?

I have menstrual like cramping about 2-3 times a day. I’m 33 week’s Thursday. And noticed my stomach almost feels smaller ??? I am having a hard time walking without pain/uncomfortable. He’s been head down since 28 weeks and is measuring a week ahead. Anyone else experiencing this??? He’s still moving like crazy too so I know he’s okay!
