Do you eat the peel of a baked potato?

My dad always ate the peel of a baked potato, so I didn’t think anything of it. When I met my husband, he thought that was super weird. 
I only eat it if it’s plain or maybe has oil or butter on it. I won’t eat it if it’s coated in salt like some restaurants do.

That’s the best part imo. I coat my potatoes in olive oil and a little salt before I roast them. The skins come out so delicious.

I also eat the peel of kiwis lol. Sometimes all the nutrients are in the peels! It’s not weird but could be unusual for people who’ve never tried it.
