Toddler scooter

Question

Best scooter for a 2 year old? My son will be 2 in May and I think he would love having a little scooter. Wondering which size/brand would be best for him! 
Or if you tried a scooter for your 2 year old were they even ready for it yet? Should I try and wait until he’s 2.5 or 3?

Going to recommend the strider bike also. You can even fit them for different things like snow and stuff I believe.

I don’t have a specific recommendation but as long as you have a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads, I say start the kid now! My besties son was riding a scooter before he turned 2. It was absolutely wild and his balance was made really incredible because of it.

My nieces and nephews had these balance bikes and loved them!! It really helped them prepare for riding a real bike when the time came.

He might like a balance bike instead if he doesn’t have one. I think my two year old could do a scooter but not well. I think there’d be a lot of falling. My three year old could do it better.
