Passing small clot while pregnant.

I’m 10 weeks pregnant in my first trimester. I’ve been severely constipated! I went used the restroom, and when I got up to wipe, I noticed small red blood clot. Have this every happened to anyone? Are should I be alarmed?
UPDATE: 3/24 Went to the hospital to get checked & everything turned out fine! Thank God!Baby’s heart rate is 173 an my HCG levels are 144,092 ❤️
