Help please!!! Freaking out

Hello! Two weeks ago i had sex with my bf and we used a condom from the beginning till the end. We often check to see if everything is okay and in the middle of sex i noticed that the tip of the condom was hanging on a bit, like a "sock", i don't know how to explain. The condom was on his penis but it was as if it slipped halfaway. Then we stopped having penetrative sex because i was scared and we did oral sex so he did not ejaculate in the condom. However my period is 5 days late, i have sore boobs and i'm seriously starting to worry. Do you think i'm fine?
