I met a guy on bumble. He has just moved to the uk to start a new life. He dreams of being an actor but currently works shifts in a warehouse. He lives with his mate and doesn’t have much money at all. Every time I see him he has a new idea for a business or dream career and I can’t keep up. 
I can’t tell if he’s someone who won’t be ready for a relationship yet

He’s a bum. A tip for dealing with men is to never believe in potential, it’s a fantasy. He’s broke and dusty now and he will be forever. Ghost him and move on

This would be a no for me. If you can’t make up his mind what he wants, what he’s looking for, careerwise, most likely it’s not gonna be a stable relationship. I would let him get his act together before he even thinks about settling down.

I thought you posted a few days ago about this guy breaking up with you? I remember you said he was from america and came to the UK and had "unrealistic" dreams of being an actor and didn't ever have money. I know this is the same guy lol don't waste anymore of your sweet heart on this guy ❤ you'll do as you want but he's just around for sex money food and to use you. I'm only saying this based off of your other post but I also know its hard to believe that when you're the one going through it. But he's not even good to you in the begining so I'd cut him off...i hope you find someone who puts in as much effort as you if not more ❤

Depends on you. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they are going to do, or has already accomplished their life goals then maybe he just isn’t the one. 
Because as ambitious as he is, he does seem like he is still trying to figure out what he wants to do in life. And as for the question if he is interested in commitment? You have to ask him. 
And ask yourself, what commitment are you looking for in life? What are your expectations of your potential partner? What are his expectations of you? Are you willing to support him through this time? Willing to support each other? 
If not, then it’s best to walk away.
