My daughter is 16 months old and she’s hitting a whole new level to tantrums.

I know she’s just frustrated but I don’t know how to help her.

She’s starting to scream on top of her lungs

Will fall straight to the ground, arch her neck back and scoot her self into walls, etc over and over again just screaming.

Usually when she wants something, or I take something from her. Usually I’ll try to hand her something else to replace what she wanted.

Any tips? I know she’s just frustrated.

It’s hard when we are in the middle of Walmart or at an indoor park and parents are staring me down but seriously she’s a toddler learning her emotions and can’t speak fully yet.

Whenever I see a momma or dad with their baby screaming man I just want to tell them how good they’re doing but not seem weird. I know this age it gets worse and harder to figure out.

I just want any tips I can get, ways to calm her, help her, anything.
