Anyone been in same situation please? 😞

Hi I thought it was best to ask for advice in here. I got faint positives from 10DPO-12DPO started spotting at 13DPO and then had very very light bleeding not enough to fill a pad like I usually have. Something was telling me to take another test after the bleeding and it was positive, this is the confusing part is my tests keep alternating positive and negative. I had 2 days of no bleeding and then after that I've been on/off spotting brown discharge which stopped yesterday, I haven't had any cramping like I did with my last chemical loss last year. Do you think I should see a Dr or just leave it like that? Thanks for listening x
