food aversions…
hi y’all.. so i’m 15 weeks today and although the nausea has eased up and become more manageable, i still can’t think of much food that doesn’t make me wanna gag at the thought of it or even trying to eat it. with that being said i’m still eating super plain, like bagels and pretzels and other salty bland options. i’ve tried everything from protein bars to protein powders to grilled chicken and nuts and seeds. and i still barely get it down. is this happening to anyone else? any other things y’all can think of? i want baby to be getting protein!! thanks
