Low progesterone

I had a miscarriage in January and a chemical pregnancy recently. My tsh level was 4.6 so my medication has gone up. But also my progesterone was very low. Has anybody had this issue and was able to get there progesterone level up. And go on to have a healthy pregnancy?any tips or advice. Currently waiting to get an appointment with a fertility specialist.
