Sick or growth spurt ?

This morning my daughter ( 11 months) woke up cranky . She usually wakes up smiley and happy. At first I didn’t think much of it because some days she does wake up cranky and is fine. She didn’t want to get up and she wanted to just be nursing . She wouldn’t eat any real food and at first I thought she was just being clingier then usual. But then she just kept wanting to nurse and sleep all day. I literally mean all day. Wouldn’t eat food wouldn’t drink water just wanted to nurse and fall asleep. If she woke up or I moved her she would get fussy and want to go back to nursing . I couldn’t tell if she felt warm and ended up taking her temperature it was 100.7. Waited a couple hours and took it again 100.2. She has been peeing but it might not be as much as usual . Her cries seem very faint? I guess it would be . Like she doesn’t have the energy to cry like normal . I am going to call the doctor in the morning just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions . I thought her sleeping so much was because she’s growing but the other stuff makes me think she’s sick .
