Hello all!

I stopped taking birth control pills back in January and have been clumsily trying to chart my BBT, check discharge consistency, take OPK tests etc still trying to prevent birth btw, just couldn’t stay on the pills for health reasons.

My temp is literally all over the place so I haven’t figured out how to read that. My discharge is a pretty good way to tell if I’m ovulating I thought but to be honest I’m a horny gal and I’m not sure it’s very accurate since I’m always horny. So I’ve been really paying attention to my OPK tests, and the first month it definitely peaked and test was positive but the next two cycles I haven’t ovulated. Is this normal after getting off BC?
