So my toddler woke up from nap. Had a temp of 100.4 on one side and 100.3 on other. I thought maybe cause it was so warm in his room and he was dressed warm that’s why. Also had heavy blanket on. Then if went down to 99 and 98.8 after 30 min.

He’s been acting normal. Completely

What gives?!!! What’s going on??? Should I be concerned? Put him down without meds as he feels warm but is acting completely
